First trailer for Netflix horror thriller Run Rabbit Run by Starring) Successor Star Sarah Snook, has dropped.
This clip shows a fraught relationship between a mother (Snook) and her daughter (Lily LaTorre) as the latter starts acting strangely. The film also stars Damon Herriman, Greta Schaech and Trevor Jamison.
Filmed in Melbourne, Run Rabbit Run Directed by Australian filmmakers Dana Reed , known for directing the TV series The Shining Girls and The Handmaid’s Tale , from a screenplay by Hannah Kent.
Hollywood Reporter’s comment Described Run Rabbit Run as “moody and atmospheric” and that it “easily creates tension and fear”.
The feature premiered at Sundance this year as part of the festival’s horror-centric midnight selection. Netflix has acquired worldwide rights, except for some territories where deals have already been made.
Indie studio XYZ Films funded Run Rabbit Run with Australian screens. Snook also executive produces with Nate Bolotin, Maxime Cottray, Nick Spicer and Aram Tertzakian of XYZ, Deanne Weir and Olivia Humphrey of Storyd Group, Jack Christian, DJ McPherson, Daina Reid, Jake Carter and Katie Anderson.
Run Rabbit Run will debut on Netflix in June281.
