Netflix Reveals the Cast of Upcoming Australian Original Series and Releases First Photos Boy Swallow Universe.
Made in Australia, eight limited series star Travis Fimmel ( Vikings ), Simon Baker ( Psychic ) and Phoebe Tonkin (H₂O: Just Add Water) as the main character in the adaptation of Trent Dalton’s book of the same name. The cast also includes Felix Cameron, Lee Tiger Harley, Brian Brown, Anthony LaPaglia and Sophie Wilde.
Little Swallow Universe , a very Australian coming-of-age novel, has now become
International bestseller, telling the
story of a broken family in Brisbane. The publisher’s synopsis reads: “A lost father, a mute brother, a mother of an addict, a stepfather’s heroin dealer and the notorious crime of a babysitter. John Collee (Master and Commander) to write the script, Bharat Nalluri ( )Spooks ), Jocelyn Moorhouse (Proof) and Kim Mordaunt (The Rocket) will direct the episode.
