The Australian Good Design Awards are organised by Good Design Australia, which has been promoting excellence in design and innovation since 1958 and is recognised by the World Design Organisation (WDO) recognised as Australia’s highest international design recognition scheme. This year, a jury of more than 70 international design experts evaluated design projects from around the world according to criteria of excellence, innovation and design impact. The Good Design Awards jury commented: “The SUV body style has surpassed traditional sedans in popularity, primarily because of functionality.
