Fox Sports NFL insider Jay Glazer clearly has more influence in the league than people realize.
Ben Standig of The Athletic conducted a survey of 26 certified brokers. As an answer to who is behind the scenes Part of the most powerful man, an agent revealed that Glazer’s words were so respected that he even influenced recent hiring decisions.
“Mike McCarthy wouldn’t have been hired by the Cowboys without Jay Glazer. Ryan Pace wouldn’t have been hired without Jay Glazer Hired by the Bears,” the agent said. “There are a lot of people like that. He’s popular with a lot of people.”
The world may never really know Glazer’s power is wielding, but he’ll continue to bring his expertise to Fox’s NFL programming throughout the 2022 season, which is set to begin Sept. 8.
