The anime’s official Twitter account posted an announcement in English and Japanese last Friday warning fans of misinformation social media. “This is the only official twitter account for anime. Please don’t be misled by unofficial information from other accounts. Accurate information will be released from this account in due course,” the English tweet read.
The announcement follows rumors online which animation studio will be producing the third season of the anime. On December 8th, an account claiming to be a leaker claimed in a viral tweet that MAPPA would be producing a third season.
