Back in September, OnePlus launched its latest flagship smartphone 10 Pro (before you ask, 10T is a secondary grade, not a direct successor of
Pro).
Today the Chinese company decided to offer OnePlus The 9 released the OxygenOS 13 update and the 9 Pro, a device launched last year. The 5GB update was initially seeded to participants in the Open Beta program that began a few weeks ago.
That said, those who didn’t participate in the open beta also reported receiving the update, so it seems like a wider rollout followed. Note, though, that these rollouts are usually staged, so even if a lot of people have been notified of the update, it may take a few days (or longer) to reach all devices in the wild.
This update brings everything Google has packaged in Android 13, plus the new Aquamorphic design language from OnePlus, HyperBoost GPA 4.0, Quantum Animation Engine 4.0, automatic pixelation of sensitive information in chat screenshots, and more.
