OnePlus India has started promoting its upcoming Nord smartwatch.
The device, simply called the Nord Watch, appears to have a standard watch design with a square display, a curved body, protruding lugs and a button that looks like a crown. The strap design is a simple silicone strap, shown here in black, to match the grey exterior of the watch.
It remains to be seen whether this will be a real smartwatch or a glorified fitness strap. Despite not offering any smart features, OnePlus continues to use the term “smartwatch” to describe its existing OnePlus Watch, so it could be a similar situation to the Nord Watch. However, as a Nord device, it should be much cheaper.
No further details at this time, the current status is just “coming soon”. More details will be released in the next few weeks, probably at the end of this month or early October.
