Padres' Fernando Tatis to undergo shoulder surgery during PED suspension

San Diego Padres star Fernando Tatis Jr. is due to undergo shoulder surgery, he revealed in a meeting with the media on Tuesday, as a result of a violation of Major League Baseball was suspended for the first time since the performance-enhancing material policy.
