Paul Mezcal leads spy thriller 'Born to Spy' for Kevin McDonald

Paul Mescal stepped into the world of espionage for the first time.

A Spy By Nature sees Mescal play Alec Milius, a disillusioned 20-something whose talent for deception catches the attention of MI6 Amid a commodity geopolitical war involving the UK and the US, he struggles at home to preserve his relationship and build a future with his girlfriend. As his network of lies grows, Alec is forced to confront his own Nature – can he be a good man and a good spy.
