RIO DE JANEIRO (Reuters) – Brazil’s new Mines and Energy Minister Alexandre Silveira said on Monday that state oil company Petrobras will play a leading role in expanding the country’s refining sector.
At the official event in his new role, Silveira said Petrobras would take the lead, encouraging other groups to join the process.
