At 45, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is retiring.
Brady retired this winter before deciding to retire and return for another season. Hall of Famer Peyton Manning The seven-time Super Bowl champion was not expected to announce this is his final season, whether his final year is 2022 or another.

“I didn’t see him come out and say, ‘This is my last year’ and make a video tribute like they did for Kareem [Abdul-Jabbar] and bring a rocking chair. I don’t think he’ll take that approach, but I believe it’s in his In my head, from that perspective, it’s probably a good thing.” Brady has been outspoken expressed his desire to continue playing in the NFL as long as he can compete at a high level. So, while the 2022 season may be Brady’s last year in the NFL, we may not know when he will officially decide to retire.
Brady and the Buccaneers will start their 2022 campaign with the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday at AT&T Stadium.
