Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth have parted ways.
After years of marriage, the actor and manager announced their plans to divorce. Witherspoon confirmed the news on her Instagram in the couple’s joint statement. “We have shared so many wonderful years together and move forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for all that we have created together,” they wrote. “As we turn this new chapter, our highest priority With our son and our entire family in mind. These things are never easy and very personal. At this time, we are very grateful for the respect for our family’s privacy.”

The news comes as Witherspoon and Toth prepare to celebrate their
March wedding anniversary.
The two first met at 2008 at a party and got married in March 2008. Their intimate wedding took place at Witherspoon’s own ranch estate in Ojai, California. They have one child, Tennessee James. Witherspoon also has two children, Ava and Deacon, with Ryan Phillippe. Phillippe and Witherspoon divorced after 2008 nine years of marriage.
Witherspoon is currently starring as Bradley Jackson on the critically acclaimed series, The Morning Show. She also runs her own media production company, Hello Sunshine, as well as an apparel company and lifestyle brand, Draper James.
