Sony Pictures Entertainment Released this movie worldwide except Japan, it describes the story: DSO Agent Leon S. Kennedy is tasked with rescuing Dr. Antonio Taylor from his kidnappers, and a mysterious woman stops his pursuit. Meanwhile, BSAA Special Agent Chris Redfield is investigating a zombie outbreak in San Francisco and the cause of the infection has yet to be determined. The only thing the victims have in common is that they have all been to Alcatraz recently. Following this lead, Chris and his team head to the island, where a new horror awaits them.
