Actor Sadie Sink appeared on the Today Show this morning to talk about her new movie The Whale , and the upcoming final season of Stranger Things. While the 7am morning show was bright, Sink made sure to dress fashion-forward for the occasion (don’t roll out of bed for her!). She was spotted entering the building wearing a tailored black coat – but it was her jeweled jeans that caught our attention immediately.
Sink makes a statement in Givenchy pearl-embellished denim. (They retail for $4, – talk luxury). It might be an unexpected choice, but minimalist denim is making a splash on the runway. For spring , Dolce & Gabbana jeans feature lace appliqués, Versace jeans feature clever slashes, Y/Project even A denim jersey skirt is shown. In other words, these are not your classic blue jeans! Sink was styled just right, with the pearl-covered silhouette instantly adding sparkle to her casually cool look. Who said formal attire has to include gowns? Be sure to add a heel to it like the Sink does – it will make it look less flashy and more refined.
