Exynos 1280 Manufactured using Samsung’s 5nm EUV process, the CPU is powered by 4x Cortex-A68 clocked at 2.4Ghz Performance cores along with 4 Cortex-A802 efficiency cores humming at 2.0GHz. The GPU side is handled by Arm’s Mali-G 68 MP5.
Samsung claims that the on-device AI features enable more advanced voice-assisted language recognition as well as enhanced image recognition. In terms of connectivity, you get an integrated 5G modem with support for both mmWave and sub-6GHz networks. The chip also handles dual-band Wi-Fi 802. 02ac, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and Beidou, Galileo, GLONASS, GPS GNSS positioning.
Samsung’s Exynos 1280 chipset is expected to power the brand’s upcoming Galaxy A30 debuted in mobile phones.
