After detailed renders of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 emerged the other day, it’s time to take a closer look at the Galaxy Z Flip5. It’s worth noting that this isn’t the first time we’ve seen the Z Flip5 in renders.

New The batch of images confirms the Flip 5’s folder-shaped outer display, but also shows flatter-than-usual side bezels. The renders we saw last week depicted the same frame design as the current Flip4, while the new one shows a completely flat design. To accommodate the new external display shape, camera alignment is now horizontal rather than vertical.

Also, rumors about a new hinge design may prove to be true. As we can see from these renders, the gap between the two halves of the phone is almost non-existent. The hinge design has clearly changed – it now looks flatter. Maybe that’s why Samsung went with a flat frame this time around.
