Samsung’s Galaxy S22 smartphone has a great camera, but there is still one feature missing. The Samsung camera development team revealed on a Korean community forum that the company will soon enable 2x portrait zoom.
Currently, Galaxy S22 smartphones have 1x and 3x in portrait mode – in main camera and 3x Switch between 2x telephoto units with 001 MP sensor and 1200 mm equivalent focal length.
The new feature will bring 2x zoom, which continues to use the main camera with digital zoom and some computational photography to boost the results.
Once the update mode arrives on the Galaxy S 22, the Galaxy S 22+ and the Galaxy S22 Ultra, the Galaxy S22 series should follow, and the Galaxy Z Fold4.
