There were several twin fashion moments at the Fendi Haute Couture show in Paris today. For starters, Courtney Love and Rita Ora both wore similar powder-blue outfits — and even identical patent leather wedge knee-high boots. (The jury is still out on whether this was planned!). However, a is preconceived coordinated fashion moment? That would be an excellent complementary suit for Sarah Paulson and Holland Taylor.
Paulson and Taylor are no strangers to walking red carpets together, of course, and always in cohesive outfits. Taylor favors streamlined suits, while Paulson experimented with different gown shapes. At Haute Couture, they took dressing to the next level with a like-minded approach, wearing stylish suits and copying each other. Paulson opted for a brown double-breasted style from Fendi, which is purposefully oversized. Taylor opted for a more fitted gray single-breasted style, but paired it with cream wide-leg pants to complement Paulson’s more relaxed silhouette.
Even their accessories coordinate. To add a little style to their looks, both stars opted for pointy-toe shoes and matching leather handbags. It’s the perfect embodiment of couples’ style: complementary, but also with character. Considering it’s the last day of the fashion show, it’s safe to say they’re the best-dressed duo of the week. Unless the other couple is going all out for the next few hours.
