Crunchyroll original announcement on English dub still lists the voice actors for the original characters.
ANN contacted Crunchyroll but the company did not publish Nor did the review change provide ANN with new actors who would play those roles.

The animation was initially announced as a global project of Taiwanese game company UserJoy (developer of Falcom’s Asian titles outside of Japan), Funimation,Content FundSYOU, animation planning and production company NADA.
The original game series depicted Ryan Schwarzer at the Imperial Military Academy in Erebonia, but the anime’s story is set in the continent of Zemuria Western-centric based game.
The anime itself will get a smartphone game due out this year. The game will feature an original story and new characters, as well as stories from the anime and game series.
