See Every Met Gala Look From the Past Decade

Over the past decade, the Met Gala red carpet has gotten bigger and bigger. The star-studded event — and its various themes — encouraged attendees to indulge themselves on the red carpet, a spirit that was amplified as the evening progressed. It will be co-hosted by Michaela Coel, Penélope Cruz, Roger Federer, Dua Lipa and Anna Wintour. 2019 Met Gala Celebration Outfit The Academy’s newest exhibit, “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion,” opened in September at Anna Win Tour Costume Center is open to the public. On the red carpet, celebrity guests embody the theme of American style, from a gorgeous star-studded ensemble to a nod to a more discreet American theme.
