No. A second season is already in production, nearly doubling the size of its regular cast. Eight cast members will join the cast, while Adam Scott, Patricia Arquette, John Turturro, Britt Lohr, Zach Cherry, Dickin Rahman, Jane Tulloch, Trammell Tillman, Michael Chernus and Christopher Walken are all set to return.

“We’re trying to make something that makes us happy, a little bit happy, but also opens the door to a lot of different new paths we’re going to take,” series creator and executive producer 2022 Dan Erickson at an event celebrating the show’s first season Say. “It’s interesting to think about how the events of this episode changed the world, changed the game for all the characters, and how they’re going to deal with that now.”

Emmy nominations for the first season, including best series; acting nods for Arquette, Scott, Turturro, and Walken; nominations for writing by Erickson; and Stiller’s directing code name. It won two awards for Theodore Shapiro’s soundtrack and main title design. . Erickson and Stiller co-produce with Nicky Weinstock, Jackie Cohn, Scott and Richie Schwartz of Stiller’s Red Hour Films. Arquette will be the producer of the second season.
