SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) today announced the 2022 Rookie Showdown game schedule, ticketing, streaming and voucher information and procedures.
The 2022 Rookie Showdown will be held from September 16-19 and will feature players from the Sharks, Anaheim Ducks, Arizona Coyotes, Colorado Avalanche, Top prospects from the Los Angeles Kings and Vegas Golden Knights at the new Tech CU Arena and Sharks Ice in San Jose. Team rosters will be announced at a later date.
The 2022 Rookie Faceoff game has two ticket options available for purchase here . Fans can purchase a full tournament pass, which allows access to all nine games during the tournament, or a single-day pass, which is valid for all three games scheduled for the day. The full tournament pass is $45, and the single-day pass is $25. The game will take place at the Tech CU Arena or the Orange Rink at Sharks Ice.
Fans attending games at Tech CU Arena will have assigned seating and should enter the facility office through the main box. Seats are limited at Orange Rink on a first-come, first-served basis. The entrance to the Orange Rink game will be located next to the Sharks Pro Shop. Due to safety and capacity protocols, people competing at both rinks will need to leave the building and re-enter to get from one rink to the other. Security protocols, similar to the policies of the SAP Center in San Jose, will be enforced and full details are provided here .
Food and beverage franchise locations will be open throughout Sharks Ice, including within Tech CU Arena and at Stanley’s and Calder’s Sports Bars.
Ice is very limited at Tech CU Arena and Sharks’ on-site parking lot in San Jose. Overflow parking is available in the San Jose State University parking lot across from E. Alma Ave.
All San Jose Sharks games will be broadcast live on the Sharks Audio Network via Sharks + SAP on the Sharks Audio Network Central app provided by Western Digital. Game-by-Game voice for the San Jose Barracudas Nick Nullenberg will act for all Sharks games throughout the tournament.
