Everything was inspired by the texture of tropical natural candies and candy wrappers,” Hansford said of her collection’s showroom.

But Hansford is also ready to create an It garment for her label. “We’ve seen great success with our signature tank,” she said. “It’s like an opening price point, but fun and lively. So I worked hard to develop a more intricate logo line of knitwear. It’s generic, but still has a really cool logo on it.” The hard work seems to have paid off . With her upcoming wedding in mind, Hansford created her first bridal look. Inspired by vermicelli noodles and licorice, she created a bridal gown for her wedding at Simon Miller Island (Hansford wore a miniature version during the presentation). As for the groom, he can wear a double-faced satin commemorative jacket like her fiancé.
