Stretching during pregnancy can help you feel your best, especially is during pregnancy. Back exercises, such as this lower back stretch, can help relieve back pain.
Lie on hands and knees with head in line with back. Tighten your abs and arch your back slightly. Hold for a few seconds, then relax your stomach and back—keep your back as flat as possible. Don’t let your back sag. Gradually repeat 10 times.
