In what might be considered a big poaching, Sony Pictures Television has hired Mathew Justice, a seasoned UK industry expert, now Managing Director of ITV Studios’ Big company talks – about the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Head of UK and Europe.
Justice, reporting to Wayne Garvie, President of SPT for International Productions, will directly manage the company’s international studio operations and European co-productions business, as well as working closely with SPT International Production’s wholly-owned and joint-venture production companies in the region, including Bad Wolf (His Dark Materials, Industry), Eleven Movies(Sex Education) and Left Bank Pictures(crown). He will join later this year.
