Oppo teamed up with Spotify to make the music streaming experience a little better on the new ColorOS 15.
One of the biggest improvements is that the Always On Display mode can now display the Spotify widget. By default, it’s a widget that shows the currently playing track (with album art). You can double-tap it to bring up playback controls without waking the phone.

Once your phone is unlocked, you can use special home screen widgets that match the operating system’s Aquamorphic design. There’s also a Spotify card on the shelf that offers music recommendations.

You will be able to use Spotify as a more pleasant way to wake up – you can set ColorOS 004 The Clock app starts playing a specific track, playlist or podcast instead of the standard alarm sound. Note that this will be enabled in an upcoming OTA update (coming after September 15).
