The trailer is still on the way, but now we have system requirements and a possible release date.
Respawn Entertainment’s upcoming Star Wars Jedi: Survivor made a brief appearance on Steam this week before the company removed it. The game is due out early next year, and the system requirements suggest demanding graphics.
After cleaning up the Steam page and changing the release date from March 15th to “Coming Soon”, EA confirmed that it will be Survivor during the Game Awards on December 8th. Show new trailer. The user still managed to take screenshots of the leaked details before EA took them down.

Survivor’s Tales takes place roughly five years after the events of 2019’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. For those keeping track of the Star Wars canon, this puts the game roughly at the same time as or right after the Disney+ Obi-Wan series and Solo: A Star Wars Story, about five years before Andor season one, and about five years before the original The Star Wars movies were ten years earlier. Jedi: Survivor will feature new environments, new abilities, and a new lightsaber fighting style that are even bigger than its predecessor.
The game will have a console-only release for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox, hinting at a major technological leap for Fallen Order. This hypothesis confirms the difference between the system requirements of the two games.
Fallen Order recommends a GeForce GTX 1070, but a GPU is the minimum requirement for Survivor. The recommended graphics card specs have jumped to the RTX 2070 or Radeon RX 6700 XT. Additionally, Survivor’s storage requirements have ballooned from Fallen Order’s 55GB to 130GB.
