The Pittsburgh Steelers are reportedly in no rush to move on from quarterback Mason Rudolph, even with calls from other teams.
According to the NFL despite interest elsewhere, the AFC North Club Network’s Tom Pelissero is still ‘unwilling to trade with him’. While Rudolph is expected to be No. 3 behind Mitchell Trubisky and Kenny Pickett, Pelisero noted that he “has only made $3 million this season and Pittsburgh isn’t giving up. While Rudolph is probably best known for taking Miles Garrett’s helmet swing during the infamous 2019 event , which led to a defensive suspension for the Cleveland Browns, but he already has a better resume than most three-backs.
He has gone 5-4-1 as a starter over the past three seasons, including eight of the 2019 campaign starts and All victories.
