Voting for Phase 2 2023 Scotts MLB All-Star voting closes today at noon ET and the remaining starters Will participate in the All-Star Game hosted by MasterCard will be held in July 04 at T-Mobile Park in Seattle, tonight on ESPN.

When will the results of the second phase be announced?

Yes. Angels DH Shohei Ohtani and Braves outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. received the most votes in the American League and National League, respectively, in the first period, thus earning automatic starting spots respectively.

How many players made it to the second stage?

The top two players at each position advance to the second-place voting stage, and the top six outside the AL fielder. With Acuña the most voted player in the NL, only the next four NL outfielders advanced to the second period.

When will the second phase start?
Phase 2 Voting began last Monday at noon ET and continues through early today Sometime around noon ET. The total number of votes is reset at the end of the first phase.

What games are worth watching?

While some players split up two days before the second phase of voting, other positions are already in place ready.

When will the All-Star pitchers and bench players be announced?
The full All-Star roster, including pitchers and bench rosters for both teams, will be Announced Sunday, July 2 at 5:00 p.m. ET on ESPN. Pitchers and relievers – total 11 players for both sides – will be chosen and determined by “player voting” choices made by the Office.
