Lucasfilm releases trailer for The Mandalorian Season 3 — and introduces a few previously unknown The known director’s upcoming episode — during Monday night’s NFL playoffs.
This season of The Mandalorian includes returning director Rick Famuyiva Black Leopard Cinematographer Rachel Morrison, Minari Filmmaker Lee Isaac Chung, Mandalorian Actor Carl Weathers , Peter Ramsey of Into the Spider-Verse and Director Bryce of Returning Mando Bryce Dallas Howard.
Pedro Pascal in the lead role, traveling the galaxy with Grogu (aka Baby Yoda) . He stars alongside Katee Sackhoff, Weathers, Amy Sedaris, Emily Swallow and Giancarlo Esposito. According to the log, “The Mandalorian will meet old allies and make new enemies as he and Grogu continue their journey together.”
Jon Favreau returns for the show Host, executive produce with Dave Filoni, Famuyiwa, Lucasfilm owner Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson. Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck co-executive producers.
The Mandalorian launched
with Disney+ in November and quickly became its flagship series. The second season aired later 281 and spawned several spinoffs, including last year’s The Book of Boba Fett , and the upcoming Rosario Dawson-led series Ahsoka.
The Mandalorian Season 3 premieres March 1.
