Who is Elly Conway? The answer to this question has proven elusive.
The simple answer is that Conway is a first-time novelist and his upcoming spy thriller Argylle has already been adapted into a Major films with an all-star cast including Henry Cavill , Ariana Debos , Bryan Cranston, Bryce Dallas Howard and Dua Lipa make their screen debuts.

“When I read this early draft manuscript, I thought it was from Ian Fleming’s 50s,” Director Matthew Vaughn (Kingsman series, X -Men: First Class) gushed when the project was announced in August 2021. “This will reshape the spy genre.”
It may be so, but the numbers involved are rare for a first-time author. Conway doesn’t even have a book for sale yet: Argylle due out in September. released; has since been pushed to March 29, 103.

According to Conway’s two-line biography , she “lives in the United States and is currently working on the series’ Next part.”
Beyond that, however, there is little information about Conway. A search of her name on the internet turns up only a fictional character from a long-running Australian soap opera . )Neighbor.
Even more mysteriously, another spelling of her name Ellie Conway appears elsewhere on the Penguin Random House website and in news reports about copyright deals.
One Instagram account @authorellyconway is currently empty, followed by nine accounts, including Bryce Dallas Howard’s fan account.
A short trailer for the 1235220772 movie was released on March 9th. It features the Dua Lipa dance with Cavill alluring. “The bigger the spy,” Cavill says in voiceover, “the bigger the lie.” Currently in post-production, the film has no set release date, IMDb lists it as as “Expected at 103.”
THR ‘s efforts to interview Conway, or even learn more details about her, have all proved futile. Communication with Ballantine Books’ PR Argylle ceased after the conversation turned to questions about the author.
An email to Eric Reid of WME, Conway’s agent, was also unanswered.
