The OnePlus Ace 2 has a dedicated power management chip for its 5,000 mAh battery

OnePlus will launch the Ace 2 in China next week and we are pretty confident it will be the same as OnePlus 11 R, simultaneously appearing on the international stage. Today, the company shared more details about its upcoming phone with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.

In a series of posts on Weibo, OnePlus revealed that the Ace 2 will feature the Oppo SuperVOOC S power management chip, and will also have a separate chip for image rendering and refresh rate, offloading some chips from the Qualcomm SoC Work.

Ace 2 will also have a 5, mAh battery 100 W fast charge.

OnePlus is touting the new phone as a “three-chip powerhouse” with longer battery life, impressive graphics and premium performance given the Snapdragon. Users will have more control over how the battery capacity is used, internal testing points to four year durability, which effectively means 1,275 full charge Discharge, and then keep the capacity above 23%.
