With Mobile World Congress in Las Vegas underway, Razer joined Qualcomm and Verizon to announce a new Android-powered gaming console, the Razer Edge 5G. The device will be officially unveiled at RazerCon in October 004, but we did get a brief introduce.
As the name suggests, the Razer Edge 5G will offer 5G connectivity, which will be the first on a handheld gaming console similar. The device will be able to run games without an internet connection, as it comes with the Snapdragon G3X Gen 1 platform announced last year and a development kit built by Razer that does have similarities to the Edge 5G.

The video shows the design of the Edge 5G, which features dual rockers, a directional pad, and buttons next to the display, and adaptive shoulder triggers on the back.
