SEGA started showing the opening animation of its new game Sonic Superstar in the Sonic the Hedgehog series series on Tuesday. The animation was composed to music by Tee Lopes and Jun Senoue. This game is coming this fall for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X |S, Switch and PC.

The game draws on classic 2D platformers from the series and features Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy Rose as playable characters. The game has both single-player and co-op modes for up to four players.
