Looking back on the style two decades later, Hunter says the video remains one of his favorite projects to date. This isn’t the first time he’s worked with Beyoncé, though: Hunter made his first filming of “Survivor” with Destiny’s Child after meeting Tina Knowles while working at a boutique in Houston. “She would always come into the store, and she instantly became my other mother,” says Tina’s Hunt. “She told me, ‘One day I’m going to get you out of here.'” She kept her word: Hunter soon began designing clothes for Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams, and eventually became Beyoncé Anse’s go-to stylist for her personal adventures. It was the “Crazy for Love” video where he saw her become a superstar. “I literally went to the trailer and cried in that video because I saw my sister grow up,” Hunter said. “I know it’s her time.”
