MSNBC will be on Saturday morning.
Cable news channels are parting ways with progressive Tiffany Cross, host and political analyst who has been leading MSNBC’s 10 AM – Afternoon time on Saturday morning, effective immediately, a source familiar with the matter confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.
Cross has hosted Cross Connect since 2020 ), the source said, the channel chose not to renew her contract. Her last gig was last Saturday.
MSNBC expects to have a rotating group of guest hosts in the morning until a final decision is made on the future of the time slot.
NBC News has been tweaking its programming in recent months. Earlier this week CNBC cancelled its general news show with Shepard Smith’s news , while ending summer MSNBC 1235172425 named Alex Wagner as its new host Tuesday-Friday at 9pm.
