Dongbao on Saturday announced the acquisition of TIA(TOHO controlling stake*) Interactive Animation) studio, making it a subsidiary and changing its name to TOHO Animation Studio.

TOHO got 34.8 Percentage of shares of the company in 2019, compared to ILCA and Anima maintain one each 34 0.6 % of the shares. TOHO ‘s new controlling stake represents the acquisition of Anima ‘s Shares, now controlled by TOHO 400 . 4% stake.
