For the third time, Tom Brady was named the NFL’s top player by peer judges.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Aaron Donald on Los Angeles Rams will be top 100 in NFL Network first on the list of players. The final 20 winners of the annual event ended on Sunday. NFL @NFL

Brady enjoyed one of his most prolific seasons in passing yards (5,316) and passing touchdowns ( 43) leads the NFL in terms of.
That’s enough to put him ahead of Donald, arguably the most damaging player in the league. Donald had 12.5 sacks and 19 steals in the regular season and added 3.5 sacks in Los Angeles’ title race.
A second MVP in a row wasn’t enough to push Aaron Rodgers to the top. The Green Bay Packers’ quarterback is again in third place, matching his position a year ago.
Perhaps the biggest surprise came when 2021 No. 1 Patrick Mahomes fell to No. 8.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback continued the torch-bending defense last year, throwing for 4,839 yards and 37 touchdowns array. But his 13 interceptions were a career high, and Kansas City’s 12-5 record was his worst since becoming a starter in 2018. Nonetheless, Mahomes’ place on the list caught some people’s attention. “Do people here really think the top 100 makes sense?” I asked 7 players, including an RB, when I texted a friend, who was rated Above the ridiculousness of Mahomes. Matt Verderam[email protected] Mahomes could throw for 8,000 yards this season.
I know it’s for clicking, viewing, all that stuff. Good and fair. But this list is pretty bad.
Herbert, Allen and Mahomes should file a class action lawsuit. https://t.co/4tvMTmepe7
expressed a similar attitude to Josh Allen, who ran from 10th to 13th.
Buffalo Bills quarterback for 4,407 passing yards and 36 air touchdowns and 763 yards And 6 touchdowns over the ground. His playoff matchup with Mahomes almost single-handedly cemented his status as an elite signalman.
Still, that’s not enough to warrant another top 10 spot for Allen.

Unsurprisingly, Micah Parsons skyrocketed his monster rookie season on the charts. The Dallas Cowboys linebacker finished with 84 tackles, 13 sacks and three forced turnovers in winning Defensive Rookie of the Year.
Parsons came in at No. 16. But Cooper Cooper had the biggest gain. The Rams wide receiver is unranked in 2021, climbing all the way to No. 4. That’s what happens when you end with a Triple Crown because he leads the league in receptions (145), yards (1,947) and touchdowns (16). Winning the Super Bowl is nothing harm.
