The New York fashion scene got groovy last night as guests rolled through Alphabet City to party with Tory Burch at the Wiggle Room. Vibes were immediately immaculate upon entering the East Village establishment, as a custom Tory Burch disco ball hung from the ceiling and trays of espresso martinis lined the entrance to the bar.
The downtown cool-kid spot was given the Tory Burch makeover as they were celebrating the launch of the T Monogram Collection in black jacquard. Trays of black jacquard T Monogram matches perched next to bowls of Marlboro light cigarettes along the edge of the bars—partygoers were able to snag a couple of boxes of the chic custom matches into their pockets, all while enjoying the DJ sets by Odalys and Memphy.
Within thirty minutes of the start time, both levels of the lounge were suddenly bustling with guests who seemed to have recovered from the New York Fashion Week exhaustion and were excited to get back out into the scene.
In between the glittery pink lights and bubbles (yes, there was even a bubble machine on the go at one point), guests such as Olivia Ponton, Aoki Lee Simmons, Stella Lucia, Blake Abbie, Clarke Peoples, Gabrielle Richardson, Lindsay Vrckovnik, Isa Sung, Beverly Nguyen, Isabella Carr, and Davis Burleson could be spotted sipping on their drinks and admiring the new logo. As the night went on, attendees moved down to the basement to dance and forget that it was only Wednesday.
