The decision comes as CBS prepares to announce an upcoming series order -20 airs Tuesday, with a fall schedule scheduled for Wednesday. For the first time in recent memory, CBS and parent company Paramount Global forgo the traditional upfront display to Madison Avenue ad buyers, a spot now occupied by Netflix.
