UK house prices hit 19-year high of 15.5% in July due to tax

LONDON (Reuters) – UK house prices rose by 5% year-on-year in July 15, the largest increase since May 2003, reflecting The ONS said house prices took a hit in the same month last year as the tax cut for home buyers ended.
