Universal's Please Don't Spoil Movie Moves From Theaters To Peacock

Upcoming Movies Please Don’t Spoil Comedy Trio Night Live That Blows Online Before Being Chosen by Saturday is producing a digital short of the show — which will debut in Universal’s sister streamer Peacock . 18

This movie will air in November .

The untitled film was originally scheduled for release in August. The August18 date will now be taken over by R-rated dog comedyStrays, which is set to open on June 9th. (Strays was previously set to open across from Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. Now it opens in August18 is a DC superhero movie Blue Beetle.) It is not clear why the Please Don’t Spoiler project was moved to Peacock. 18

Ben Marshall, John Higgins and Martin Herlihy, who formed Please Don’t Destroy, wrote and starred in the film, which, according to the synopsis, “centers on three childhood Friends who live and work together, and question where their lives are headed – if at all. Completely unequipped and out of place, they set off to find a lost treasure rumored to be buried in the local mountains.”

Paul Briganti, director on SNL, directed the film. Conan O’Brien, Bowen Yang and Hacks newcomer Meg Stalter also appear in the film, along with X Mayo, Nichole Sakura, Cedric Yarbrough and Sunita Mani.

Judd Apatow produced the film for Mosaic through his Apatow Productions and Jimmy Miller. Executive Produced by Josh Church, M. Riley, Sam Hansen, Michael Sledd with Marshall, Higgins and Herlihy.

The film marks the feature debut of Marshall, Higgins and Herlihy who worked with Taylor Swift, Lizzo, Rami while working at SNL Talent like Malek and Ana de Armas have worked together.
