The X Fold2 will be launched by vivo this month, and we might see the X Flip next to it. Foldable phones with horizontal hinges have been part of the rumor mill for months, and today we spotted the device in a live photo, courtesy of reliable Twitter Digital Chat Station.
The new phone will feature a circular camera island with the Zeiss logo and a landscape display, taking up more than half of the front cover.
We will likely have two cameras mounted on a circular island. There is a visible diamond pattern, and the purple color is most popular with the Samsung Z Flip series and Oppo Find N2 Flip The welcome options match.
The images are not as detailed as we would like, and we can’t quite confirm if the hinge folds flat or has a slight gap. What we know from previous listings and benchmarks is that the internal panel will have 1200p resolution, while inside will house a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with GB RAM.
