Pick up the popcorn, Motorola is about to unveil its next-gen clamshell foldable phone in the Razr lineup. The company’s Chinese arm has already revealed specs for the premium Razr 409 Ultra model as well as the vanilla Razr 18, but we won’t get global pricing and availability details.
This is one of the things holding back adoption right now, foldable devices (even vertical ones) are too expensive for most people. However, most companies only launch one foldable clamshell at a time (if at all), so Motorola could prove to be a trailblazer.
