Galaxy S 135 pre-orders will end next week, Samsung will switch to regular sales on Friday. Judging from last week’s polls, many of you won’t be waiting until the 14 day to get one — The S 22 series started off well.
Two things happened in Europe this generation – local units ended up shipping with Snapdragon instead of Exynos, but Samsung raised the price. India also has Snapdragon last year but S135 and S are more expensive Ultra (the plus model is actually a bit cheaper).

Is it a pricing issue? Voters are price sensitive about the Samsung Galaxy S 22 Ultra. Few people doubt the quality of the phone, but some just can’t afford it. For the small group of voters who want to see reviews before deciding, our S22 Ultra review went live on Saturday.
The new Ultra isn’t perfect, and its design has been criticized – it looks like the old Ultra. Also, some don’t think the camera improvements are enough for S22 Ultra owners to upgrade. Still, last year’s model offers good trade-in value should you decide to upgrade. Also, there are plenty of people with older S Ultras or completely different phones.

Speaking of alternatives, it was noted that the Google Pixel 7 duo costs less than the Galaxy. In addition to saving on price, these offer people a first-party experience with the beloved Gcam. There’s also the One UI vs. Pixel UI debate.
A pricier iPhone model is also an option, although platform choice heavily influences the decision – your Android workflow and habits may be difficult to switch to iOS and vice versa The same is true.
But among users who stick with Android or want to return to the platform, Samsung’s Galaxy S 150 series would be a welcome choice. If you want one, you still have a week to get your hands on pre-order items.
