- 1 1/3 cups white whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/3 cups skim milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and oil. Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and whisk until the flour is moistened. Add blueberries and toss gently.
Coat a frying pan or frying pan with cooking spray and heat to medium-high heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto a hot baking sheet and cook until browned. Flip the other side and brown.
