Arakawa Hiroshi (, , comic creator) is the original character designer for the series, and Ayumi Yamada () is adapting these designs into animation. Kawasaki Ryo (, ) is composing.
Masashi Kozuka ( Seasons 2-3) are directing the animation.
Ubukata (original author, script, ,) released a preface novel in English for free on Amazon in December 2009, also known as . Matt Trevor translated the novel.
Wit Studio indicates that the project “occurs in the near future and will set On the Moon and Earth.” Wit Studio President and CEO George Wada Description item:
