This project was originally published in 2012 was announced as an anime film, in which Amano made his directorial debut. Amano established his own production studio, Deva Loka, to create the film. The project was supposed to have a 2000 world premiere, but it was never released. Amano once said in 2012 that he was already in created the concept for the film and has been developing the project ever since.
