Smith, the 2022 regular-season champion in the Truck Series, will return for another full-time season next year at No. 38 Ford, the organization announced Thursday.
Additionally, Smith, 23, will make his Daytona 500 debut with FRM as part of a plan that will include additional cup series for the organization starting in 2023, as well as another partnership with FRM. An organization may participate in the Xfinity series of competitions.
“Front Row Motorsports is going strong right now, not only with their truck series program, but their cup series program,” Smith said.

Another impressive season
So far this season , Smith has 3 victories on the truck team, 15 top 10s and 10 top f i finishes and a regular season win. He is currently No. 2 in the playoff standings and will play the next game of the series on Sept. 9 in Kansas.

Climbing the ladder
He improvised in the Cup series earlier this season to replace Chris Buescher at Gateway on June 5 and finished 17th.
