Zatsky Sauce

By Mayo Clinic staff

Nutritionist Tip:

Tzatziki is a Greek yogurt spread. It contrasts well with grilled meats, kebabs, and falafel. You can also use it as a dip for vegetables or pita, or as a salad dressing.

To make this plant, use plain soy yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
