Nutritionist Tip:
Tzatziki is a Greek yogurt spread. It contrasts well with grilled meats, kebabs, and falafel. You can also use it as a dip for vegetables or pita, or as a salad dressing.
To make this plant, use plain soy yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.

- 2 large cucumbers, cut in half, seeded
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
16 oz fat free plain Greek yogurt
Directions
In a medium bowl, grate the cucumbers. Drain excess fluid. Add yogurt, dill, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir well. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
